CNC V-Groove Engraver

Capable of both straight and curved v-grooving into any thickness of glass, this indispensable piece of machinery hooks up to a computer for limitless design potential. Great for ornate sealed units, signs, shower doors or whatever you can imagine.

Automated Flat Glass Bevelling Machine

This machine will put a bevelled edge on any kind of glass, any length. The operator sets up the glass thickness and angle of bevel and the machine does the rest. Bevelling adds a nice touch to any exposed glass edge, as in coffee tables, shower doors and so on.

Fleet of Clearview Delivery Vans

Clearview has half a dozen vans for delivering commercial windows, sealed-units, auto-glass parts and so on. All of the vehicles are branded with the Clearview logo so you always know when a quality glass product is arriving.

Sealed-Unit Manufacturing Line

At Clearview we have an entire sealed window unit fabrication facility. The process begins with the cut pieces of glass and the assembled spacer and the end result is the complete sealed unit, ready for assembly into a window frame. The large machine washes the glass and seals the two panes together automatically.

CNC Optimized Glass Cutting Table

With a eight foot by twelve foot table, this high-efficiency machine can take a very large sheet of glass and score any numbers of smaller pieces from it. It takes input from specially designed software that optimizes the score marks to maximize material usage.
